Anthony Pace – National Manager & Senior Consultant

Anthony joined the Melbourne Kaleidoscope team in 2018 after gaining many years experience in the legal industry working as a legal assistant and senior paralegal. Anthony has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (Maj. Political Science) and an Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice.

Anthony’s experience working in legal environments in support staff roles has given him the skills, and most importantly the knowledge, of being able to relate to people looking for the right role moving forward. Anthony understands the challenges of career moves, having faced this when he was a legal assistant, but was thankful he was guided through the process by a legal recruiter. Anthony’s experience working within a law firm also allows him to build strong relationships with employers looking for the right employee who fits the culture of their organisation.

Outside of work, Anthony loves spending as much time as possible with his wife and two young children. They enjoy going to watch their beloved Essendon Footy Club, going on family drives and traveling.
